Lt. Charles Phelps Bagley

 

 

 

Charles Phelps Bagley was born Aug. 20, 1922 to Frank and Edith Phelps Bagley. He died Nov. 30, 1944 and is buried in Ardennes American Cemetery, Neupre, Belgium.

Lt. Bagley served with the Army Air Corps in World War II and was MIA/KIA over Germany. He was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross, Air Medal with 3 Oak Leaf Clusters and the Purple Heart.
