Private First Class Clarence Wyant, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Wyant, 3419 Orleans Avenue, has begun a specialized course in the motorcycle department of the armored force school at Fort Knox, Kentucky.

Private First Class Clarence Wyant, son of Mrs. Ben Wyant, 3419 Orleans avenue, has been graduated from the motorcycle department of the armored school at Fort Knox, Kentucky.

REPORTED WOUNDED IN BELGIUM ACTION

Sgt. Clarence Wyant, paratrooper, was wounded in action in Belgium December 20, according to a telegram received from the War Department by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Wyant, 3419 Orleans ave.

Sgt. Wyant entered the army two years ago and for the last eight months has been in England, Holland, France and Belgium.  He participated in the invasion of Holland.  He was graduated from East high school.
