MEN IN SERVICE.

Private Darwyn V. Snyder, son of Rodney Snyder, 3606 Stone avenue, and Private William H. Wright Jr., son of W. H. Wright, 3720 Fourth avenue, have entered the armored force replacement center at Fort Knox, Kentucky, for basic training.

IN UNIFORM

Pfc. William H. Wright, jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Wright, 3720 Fourth avenue, was wounded in action in Germany, November 30, and is hospitalized in England, according to word received by his mother.  Pfc. Wright was a student at Morningside college when he enlisted in the army in March, 1943.  He has been overseas in an infantry unit since September, 1944.

Pfc. William H. Wright, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Wright, 3720 Fourth Avenue, was admitted to O’Reilly General Hospital recently for battle injuries suffered in Germany, November 20.
