Jacob Van Diepen, seaman, whose wife resides at 1121 Nebraska street, is stationed at a United States Army port in England, helping to maintain the flow of allied troops and supplies to the front lines. This member of the “army’s navy” is an ablebodied seaman who aids in operating small craft which helps to keep the port free of traffic jams.
