Pfc. Keith Sutter

 

 

Notes About N.E. Iowans in the Service

STANLEY—Pfc. Keith Sutter, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Sutter, has been overseas since March 31, 1945, having entered service May 19, 1944. He has been with the signal service supply depot near Marseilles, France, but his last communication said they were moving back to Germany for occupational work.  He was hospitalized when in Germany and Belgium and submitted to an operation in Belgium.

Keith Royce Sutter was born Jan. 2, 1918 to Rush Lee and Nettie Leona Durfey Sutter. He died Jan. 28, 1978 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Hanover, IL.
