Herbert Smith, naval aviation cadet, recently completed preliminary aviation training at Prescott, Ariz., and is visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Smith, sr., 711 37th street. He will report at St. Mary’s college, Oakland, Cal., on August 12 for preflight training.
