Flight Officer Melvin J. Shadduck, son of Mr. and Mrs. L. Shadduck, 3100 22d street, was a member of the 32d class to be graduated from Foster field, army air forces central flying training command base, near Victoria, Tex., since the training of fighter pilots was begun in the fall of 1941.
