Sgt. Robert Seibert has informed his wife, Mrs. Helengene Seibert, 2319 McDonald street, of his arrival in the Philippines. Sgt. Seibert, formerly with a tank destroyer division, now is with a replacement group. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. N. M. Seibert, 321 Kings highway.
