Private Jack Reinking, son of Dr. and Mrs. M.E. Reinking, 3406 Jennings Street, who was in training with the infantry at Camp Roberts, California, has been transferred it City College, New York.

Jack Reinking, stationed at Camp Shelby, Miss., has been promoted to staff sergeant, his parents, Dr. and Mrs. M.E. Reinking, 3406 Jennings Street, learned Tuesday.

IN UNIFORM

S. Sgt. John M. Reinking, with an infantry medical detachment unit, has arrived in France, his wife, Maxine, 3110 Valley drive, was informed by letter.  He is a son of Dr. and Mrs. M. E. Reinking, 3406 Jennings street.  He has been in the service more than two and one-half years.  He went overseas early in January.
