Sgt. Glenn E. Pennell

 

 

IN UNIFORM.

Sgt. Glenn E. Pennell, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Pennell, 2729 First street, has won the right to wear the boots and wings of the paratroopers. He recently completed four weeks of jump training during which time he made five jumps, the last a tactical jump at night involving a combat problem on landing.

Sgt. Glenn E. Pennell has returned to Fort Benning, Ga., after spending a 15-day furlough in the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Pennell, 2729 First street.  He is a paratrooper.
