Dale McClement, son of Mrs. Eunice Swender, 119 ½ East State street, who has been in the administrative personnel office of the Army radio school in Kansas City, Mo., has been transferred to the personnel office of the Army specialist training program in the University of St. Louis, St. Louis, Mo.
