MEN AND WOMEN IN SERVICE
William T. Mahaffy, son of Mrs. Minnie Mahaffy, 212 Sioux street, has been promoted to the rank of technical sergeant. He is an airplane crew chief with the Eleventh Army air force in the western Aleutians.
