Bill Lantaff Among Marines Receiving Purple Heart

They are left to right above, Pfc. Clarence J. Figura, 29, St. Paul, Minn.; Sgt. William G. Lantaff, LeMars, Ia.; and Pfc. Robert L. Heinzen, Maple Plain, Minn. Decorations were presented by Maj. Geo. Thomas E. Watson, division commander, and Brig. Gen. LeRoy P. Hunt, assistant commander.
