IN UNIFORM
Second Lt. Richard E. Harrington, son of Mrs. Gladys Harrington, 2101 Terrace place, received his commission as a flying officer recently at the Big Spring, Tex., bombardier school. He is a 1940 graduate of Central high school and attended Drake university, Des Moines. Prior to entering the service, he was employed by E. S. Gaynor Lumber company.
