.—Memorial services for Pfc. Orlin Haradon, killed in action in Luxembourg on January 18, will be held at Early Presbyterian Church Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock with Rev. Henry Marks officiating. The American Legion will furnish the military honors. Pfc. Haradon, son of Mr. and Mrs. Everett Haradon of Le Compton, Kan., was born in Early, Ia., May 11, 1911. He entered the armed services on December 13, 1943, and received his basic training at Camp Fannin, Tex. He went overseas in June, 1944, serving in England, France and Luxembourg in Gen. Patton’s Third army.

Orlin Everett Haradon was born May 11, 1911 to Everett E. and Ida Belle Hutchins Haradon. He died Jan. 18, 1945 and is buried in Luxembourg American Cemetery in Luxembourg.

Pvt. Haradon served in World War II with the U.S. Army 319th Infantry Regiment, 80th Infantry Division and was KIA in Luxembourg and awarded the Purple Heart.
