Sgt. Raymond J. Galbraith

 

Sgt. Raymond J. Galbraith, son of Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Galbraith, 19 13th street, one of the first Americans to arrive in Japan, is now stationed in Tokyo with advance headquarters of the far east air forces. Sgt. Galbraith is assigned there as a topographic draftsman with the F. E. A. F. intelligence section. A veteran of 36 months in the service, Sgt. Galbraith has been overseas 14 months and holds the Asiatic-Pacific theater ribbon with three bronze stars denoting the New Guinea, Leyte and Luzon campaigns, and the Philippines liberation and good conduct ribbons.
