AARON FISK

Aaron Fiske (sic), 38, a veteran of world war No. 2, died at the veterans’ hospital in Lincoln Wednesday.

He is survived by a daughter, Dorothy Fiske, 1309 Avenue C; his mother, Mrs. J. R. Douglas of Havre, Mont.; a brother, James E. Fiske of western Missouri; a sister, Mrs. Marie Damon of Council Bluffs.

Funeral services will be held at the Tyler chapel Saturday at 2 p. m. The Rev. L. H. Athey will officiate and burial will be in Cedar Lawn cemetery.

Aaron Fisk Funeral to Be Held Monday

Funeral services for Aaron Fisk, 39, 1309 Avenue C., who died Thursday [January 24] in the veterans’ hospital at Lincoln, will be held 2 p. m. at Tyler funeral home Monday. Services originally were set for Saturday but were postponed awaiting the arrival of a brother from Georgia.

. . .  On motion by Scott, seconded by Nickell, the personal tax of Aaron E. Fisk, deceased veteran, was compromised in the sum of $5.69 and Old Age Assistance tax in the amount of $11.69.
