HAWARDEN MEN BACK IN STATES

S/Sgt. Herbert Anderson and T-4 Sgt. Cecil Ericson, of Hawarden, arrived at Newark, N.J., on the Queen Mary last Friday.  They met in England while they were waiting for their boat to sail.  Both had been sent to England from Germany.

Sgt. Anderson served two years overseas and Sgt. Ericson served three years.  From Newark they were sent to Chicago to be discharged.  They expect to arrive in Hawarden the latter part of the week.
