Missing Soldier Reported Dead

According to word received here from the war department, Pfc. Donald L. Cutler, who was previously reported missing, has been killed in action in the European theater. He is the son of Mrs. Myrtle Baxter, 821 First avenue.

Donald Lee Cutler was born Nov. 12, 1917 to George N. and Myrtle Millie Dodge Cutler. He died Apr. 8, 1945 and is buried in Lorraine American Cemetery, Saint Avold, France.

Pvt. Cutler served in World War II with the U.S. Army 254th Infantry Regiment, 63rd Infantry Division and was MIA/KIA and awarded the Purple Heart.
