SERVICE MEN and WOMEN.
Robert W. Cizek, has been promoted to the rank of captain at Miami Army air field, Miami, Fla. He is serving as adjutant of the huge ATO base at this field. Through this base passes the bulk of 50,000 veterans being flown to the United States each month on the ATO.
A graduate of Columbia University, Capt. Cizek is the son of Mrs. John Gipe, 816 Eighth street NW.
