Wilfred J. Carey, private first class, stationed at Camp Bowie, Texas, is spending a 10-day furlough with his mother, Mrs. Mary Carey, and sister, Mrs. Tom McCarville, 3435 Nebraska Street and Mrs. A.H. Meinen, 1125 S. Newton Street.

MEN AND WOMEN IN SERVICE

Private First Class Wilfred J. Carey, who has been stationed at Camp Bowie, Texas, has informed his mother, Mrs. Mary Carey, 3435 Nebraska street, that he now is stationed in Northern Ireland. He is a brother of the late Corporal Technician Ronald F. Carey, who was killed last April 8, while participating in the Tunisian campaign in northern Africa.
