WINS AIR MEDAL, TWO CLUSTERS
Flight Officer Robert W. Billmire has been awarded the air medal with two oak leaf clusters and the presidential citation, according to a letter received by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Billmire, 1232 Crescent Drive. Flight Officer Billmire, a bombardier on a B-24 Liberator, is serving as a guide over Germany. He also informed his parents that he was taking a course in agriculture under the army program.
