Myron Bernell Anderson was born Apr. 26, 1914 to Chris J. and Rosina Selina Mork Anderson. He died Dec. 16, 1944 and is buried in Marion Lutheran Cemetery, Gunder, IA. He was originally buried at Lunebach, Germany. 

Pvt. Anderson lost his life at the Battle of the Bulge and was awarded the Driver’s Badge, Good Conduct Medal and Purple Heart.
