Fred Bernard Duclos was born July 14, 1909 to Louis F. and Mayme Garrey Duclos. He died Jan. 4, 1944 and is memorialized at the Tablets of the Missing, East Coast Memorial, New York, NY.

Petty Officer Duclos served in World War II with the U.S. Navy and was KIA in an explosion aboard the ship upon which he was serving.
