Bill James Adams was born July 12, 1919 to Isadore Eugene and Lillian Edna Leckband Adams. He died July 20, 1947 and is buried in Calvary Cemetery, Sioux City, IA. Bill served with the U.S. Navy in World War II.

Eldon LeRoy Adams was born Jan. 25, 1916 to Ellis L. and Mary B. Hall Adams. He died Oct. 11, 1943 and is buried in Graceland Park Cemetery, Sioux City, IA.

Sgt. Adams served in World War II with the U.S. Army Coast Artillery Corps.

Stephen Searl Adams, III was born Sept. 10, 1918 to Stephen Searl and Edna Lundy Adams. He died June 23, 1944 and is buried in Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines and is memorialized in Logan Park Cemetery, Sioux City, IA.

Capt. Adams served in World War II with the U.S. Army 20th Infantry Regiment, 6th Infantry Division as a Company Commander and died during the Battle at Lone Tree Hill, serving help to a patrol member when he was already wounded. He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross and Purple Heart.

James Herbert Alexander, Jr. was born Aug. 17, 1920 to James Herbert (Sr.) and Pearl Jean Jones Alexander. He died  Dec. 3, 1943 and has a cenotaph in Memorial Park Cemetery, Sioux City, IA.

LtJG Alexander served in World War II with the U.S. Navy and was WIA in operations against the enemy while serving as Commander of a Navy PBY Patrol Plane in Patrol-Bombing Squadron 103 (VPB-103), during action against German forces at the Bay of Biscay.

Byron Kidd Allen was born June 12, 1924 to Ernest L. and Emma Kidd Allen. He died July 5, 1944 and is buried in Cambridge American Cemetery and Memorial, Cambridgeshire, England.

Pvt. Allen served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 4th Combat Camera Unit, Ninth Air Force in the European Theater. He was stationed in England and qualified as an aerial gunner and combat photographer. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
