Capt. Thatcher served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps as a Medical Doctor with the 9th Air Force, 386th Group and died in Normandy, France in the service of his country.

Frederick William Thomas, Jr. was born Aug. 18, 1922 to Frederick William (Sr.) and Eliza Bell Hill Thomas. He died June 21, 1944 and is buried in the Dayton Cemetery, Dayton, IA.

Sgt. Thomas served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 731st Bomb Squadron and was MIA/KIA over Germany while serving his country.

Junior Thomas Thompson was born 1927 to Arthur T. and Margaret Thompson. He died July 10, 1943 and is memorialized at the Tablets of the Missing, Sicily-Rome American Cemetery, Nettuno, Italy.

Petty Officer Thompson served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Maddox (DD-622) and was lost at sea in the service of his country when his ship was attacked and subsequently sank. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
