Ariel Theodore “Ted” Juel was born Nov. 1, 1925 to Goedrey Theodore and Mabel Brown Juel. He died Apr. 13, 2006 in Sacramento, CA.

Ariel served in World War II with the U.S. Navy and served aboard the USS Indianapolis (CA-35) when it sailed out of San Francisco to Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.

Charles Francis Jurovich was born Aug. 29, 1921 to Mike and Josephine Jurovich. He died Nov. 13, 1943 and is buried in the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, Hawaii.

Petty Officer Jurovich served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Denver (CL-58) and was KIA during a heavy air attack off Cape Torokina, Solomon Islands when the Denver was hit by an aerial torpedo and 20 of her men were killed. He was awarded the Purple Heart.

Edwin Dale Justice was born May 28, 1918 to Charles and Stella Legg Justice. He died July 23, 2009 and is buried in Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, Dixon, CA.

Edwin served with the U.S. Navy in World War II.

Wayne Leland Justice was born June 2, 1914 to Charles and Stella Legg Justice. He died Dec. 3, 2002 and is buried in Buckingham Cemetery, Traer, IA.
