Alfred Peter Weihs was born in 1918 to Anton and Catherine Marie Stinn Weihs. He died Apr. 7, 1943 and is memorialized at the Walls of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines.

Petty Officer Weihs served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Aaron Ward (DD-483) and was MIA/FOD/KIA in the service of his country, when that vessel was sunk near Guadalcanal. He was awarded the Purple Heart.

Edmund Earl Wunder was born Oct. 2, 1916 to Herman and Alvena Meves Wunder. He died Nov. 13, 1942 and is memorialized at the Walls of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines.
