Raymond Francis Rice was born Jan. 12, 1922 to Raymond Francis (Sr.) and Harriet I. Swails Rice. He died Nov. 1, 1945 and is buried in Pine Hill Cemetery, Davenport, IA.

Sgt. Rice served in World War II with the U.S. Army and died while in the service of his country.

William George Riedesel was born June 24, 1922 to George, Jr. and Ella M. Ihrke Riedesel. He died July 12, 2011 and is buried in Rock Island National Cemetery, Rock Island, IL.

Petty Officer Riedesel served in World War II with the u.S. Navy aboard the USS Tumult (AM-127).

Lester Lloyd Risch was born Dec. 18, 1917 to Henry and Martha Peckenschneider Risch. He died Dec. 20, 1942 and is buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Davenport, IA.

1st Sgt. Risch served in World War II with the U.S. Army and was KIA in New Guinea.

Clarence Francis Ritter was born Apr. 17, 1923 to William E. and Florence G. O’Toole Ritter. He died Mar. 19, 1945 and is memorialized at the Courts of the Missing, Court 1, Honolulu Memorial, Honolulu, Hawaii.

Chief Petty Officer Ritter served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Franklin (CV-13) when that ship was badly damaged by a Japanese air attack, with the loss of over 800 of her crew. He was MIA/FOD/KIA.
