H. J. Loomis was born June 12, 1912 to Julian McArthur and Alta Alice Wilkinson Loomis. He died Sept. 26, 1944 and is buried in Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines.

Pvt. Loomis served in World War II with the U.S. Army 126th Infantry Regiment, 32nd Infantry Division and died on Morotai Island while in the service of his country.

Henry Shippen Lord, Jr. was born Jan. 4, 1917 to Henry S. (Sr.) and Helen F. Payne Lord. He died Mar. 22, 1943 and is memorialized at the Walls of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines.

Lt. Lord served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Amberjack (SS-219) which was lost off Rabaul, probably sunk by depth charge attack. He was MIA/FOD/KIA and awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart.

George Edward Losee was born Apr. 4, 1907 to Edward G. and Paula Kiefler Losee. He died Sept. 7, 1966 and is buried in Glendale Cemetery, Le Claire, IA. 

George served with the U.S. Navy in World War II.
