Owen Joseph Mullahey was born Oct. 6, 1916 to Owen E. and Anna E. Carrie Mullahey. He died Dec. 6, 1948 and is buried in Saint Ambrose Cemetery, Des Moines, IA.

Pvt. Mullahey served in World War II with the U.S. Army 385th Port Battalion.

Eugene L. Murray was born July 10, 1922 to Raymond Leslie and Lelia Bell Zika Murray. He died Aug. 9, 1942 and is buried in the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, Hawaii. He was initially buried in USAF Cemetery Gavuvu and returned to the U.S. in 1949.

Pvt. Murray served in World War II with the U.S. Marine Corps and was KIA participating in combat operations on Tanambogo.

Robert E. Musselman was born May 6, 1922 to Chester Earl “Earl" and Marie Schwitters Musselman. He died Mar. 30, 1944 and is buried in Sicily-Rome American Cemetery, Nettuno, Italy.

Lt. Musselman served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 757th Bomber Squadron, 459th Bomber Group, Heavy and died of injuries received in action in Italy. He was awarded the Purple Heart and Air Medal.

Lewis Muto was born Aug. 15, 1917 to Joseph and Maria Perry Muto. He died June 26, 1959 and is buried in Glendale Cemetery, Des Moines, IA. Lewis served with the U.S. Army in World War II.
