Walter Lewis King was born Mar. 19, 1919 to William Lawrence and Bonnie Bee Parmenter King. He died Apr. 2, 1945 and is buried in Glendale Cemetery, Des Moines, IA.

Sgt. King served in World War II with the U.S. Army 377th Infantry, 95th Division and was KIA Germany.

Henry Aloysius Kingsley was born June 25, 1909 to William and Mary Murray Kingsley. He died Nov. 24, 1943 and is memorialized at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, Hawaii.

Lt. Kingsley served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Liscome Bay (CVE-56) and was MIA/FOD/KIA when that vessel was torpedoed and sank, while participating in the capture of the Gilbert Islands. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
