Richard J. Hickerson was born Aug. 3, 1944 to Glen and Edna May Noel Hickerson. He died Aug. 3, 1944 and is buried in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, Lemay, MO.

1st Lt. Hickerson served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 599th Bomb Squadron, 397th Bomb Group.

Thomas Leland Higgins was born Oct. 23, 1923 to John William and Pearl B. Higgins. He died Jan. 29, 1945 and is buried in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA. His remains were returned to the U.S. and buried in a common grave with 250 others in 1949.
