Paul William Ford, Sr. was born Nov. 3, 1918 to William Alfred and Maude Lee Bohling Ford. He died Mar. 23, 1946 and is buried in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Des Moines, IA.

Pvt. Ford served in World War II with the U.S. Army 34th Infantry Training Battalion.

Robert Deloss Fowler was born June 5, 1920 to Charles C. and Hazel Nettie Fowler. He died May 27, 1944 and is buried in Sicily-Rome American Cemetery and Memorial, Nettuno, Italy. 

Sgt. Fowler served in World War II with the U.S. Army 133rd Infantry Regiment, 34th Infantry Division and was KIA at the Anzio Beachhead in Italy. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
