Henry G. Popp was born July 28, 1916 to Otto Rudolph and Lena Popp. He died May 19, 1944 and is buried in Sicily-Rome Cemetery, Nettuno, Italy.

Cpl. Popp served in World War II with the U.S. Army 776th Tank Destroyer Battalion and was KIA in the Mediterranean area and awarded the Purple Heart.
