Frank Ballalatak was born Jan. 20, 1907 to John and Rosa Gurick Ballalatak. He died Aug. 5, 1945 and is buried in Saint Peters Cemetery, Lovilia, IA.

Pvt. Ballalatak served in World War II with the U.S. Army 358th Infantry, 90th Division and died in an automobile accident at Culver City, CA while in the service of his country.

Carl Vincent Benge was bon Jan. 14, 1921 to Harry Ancil and Bessie Ellen Raines Benge. He died Nov. 1, 1943 and is buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Lovilla, IA.

Pvt. Benge served in World War II with the U.S. Army 61st Medical Training Battalion, 13th Medical Training Regiment.

Harold Henry Brewer was born Oct. 12, 1925 to Leonard H. and Cora Leona Sleeth Brewer. He died May 4, 1945 and is buried in Oakview Cemetery, Albia, IA.

Petty Officer Brewer served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Cofer (DE-208) and the USS Shea (DD-750) and was KIA aboard the Shea.

Frank David Brown was born May 17, 1918 to David Jay and Gladys Marie Hartgrave Brown. He died Feb. 19, 1993 and is buried in Coal Creek Cemetery, Jefferson Township, Mahaska County, IA. 

Frank served in World War II with the U.S. Army.
