Roy Everett Tooman was born Feb. 11, 1914 to Roy J. and Nellie Williamson Tooman. He died July 25, 1979 and is buried in Greenwood Cemetery, Muscatine, IA.

Capt. Tooman served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps.
