Fred served in World War II with the U.S. Army.

Parle P. Kelley was born Jan. 6, 1913 to Fred W. and Nellie E. Wilkins Kelley. He died Dec. 26, 1944 and is buried in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA. He was originally buried in Belgium and returned to the U.S. in 1949.

Cpl. Kelley served in World War II with the U.S. Army 33rd Armored Regiment.
