Joseph Junior Larson was born Mar. 27, 1924 to Alva and Bernadette Mullen Larson. He died Dec. 18, 1944 and is memorialized at the Walls of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines and has a cenotaph in Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Lucas County, IA.

Petty Officer Larson served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Monaghan (DD-354) and lost his life as a result of ship disaster, during a typhoon, while in the service of his country.

Donald Dwain Long was born Sept. 22, 1926 to Lloyd Clifford and Dorotha Esther Duckworth Long. He died May 27, 1946 and is memorialized at the Courts of the Missing, Court 7, Honolulu Memorial, Honolulu, Hawaii.

Cpl. Long served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 4th Rescue Squadron and was MIA/KIA on a B-17 type airplane which crashed in the Marshall Islands. He was awarded the Bronze Star.

Frank Emerson Lovell was born Jan. 6, 1922 to James Elmer and Maude May Lane Lovell. He died Mar. 26, 2006 and is buried in Cedar City Cemetery, Cedar City, UT.

Frank served in World War II with the U.S. Army.

Richard Dale Lowe was born Apr. 14. 1924 to Perry William and Lois Violet Neidt Lowe. He died July 12, 2014 and is buried in Iowa Veterans Cemetery, Adel, IA.

Petty Officer Lowe served with the U.S. Navy in World War II.
