William Delbert Slee was born Aug. 19, 1920. He died July 17, 1942 and is buried in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Keokuk, IA.
Pvt. Slee served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps and was MIA in the Philippine Islands from the date of the surrender of Corregidor. He died as a POW as a result of malaria.
