Harlan Norbert Keeney was born Oct. 15, 1918 to Byron A. and Lula M. Oberman Keeney. He died May 29, 1949 and is buried in Andrew Cemetery, Andrew, IA.

Pvt. Keeney served in World War II with the U.S. Army 752nd Tank Battalion.

John Joseph Kettman was born July 30, 1918 to John and Elizabeth Gerardy Kettman. He died Jan. 9, 1944 and is buried in Saint Josephs Catholic Cemetery, Bellevue, IA.

Capt. Kettman served in World War II with the U.S. Naval Air Corps and was KIA in a plane crash in French Morocco in the line of duty.

Cletus Merlin Kueter was born Oct. 1, 1921 to J. Henry and Augusta Eganhouse Kueter. He died Oct. 26, 1942, was buried at sea, and is memorialized at the Walls of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines.

Petty Officer Kueter served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Smith (DD-378) when that ship was attacked by Japanese forces. He was KIA and awarded the Purple Heart.
