Max Bethel Hanna was born Jan. 27, 1907 to Will and Sadie Cannon Hannah. He died Nov. 26, 1958 and is buried in Hampton Cemetery, Hampton, IA.

Pvt. Hanna served in World War II with the U.S. Army 166th Engineer Battalion, 90th Division. He was awarded the Bronze Star.

Evan J. Hansen was born Nov. 9, 1921 to Chris and Elsie K. Paulsen Hansen. He died Aug. 7, 1942 and is memorialized in Manila American Cemetery and Memorial, Manila, Philippines. He was initially buried in USAF Cemetery Tulagi, his remains were not recovered after WWII.

Pvt. Hansen served in World War II with the U.S. Marine Corps and was KIA in the Solomon Islands.

Quentin Wilbur Hansen was born Oct. 11, 1918 to Walter and Alice Pederson Hansen. He died Nov. 13, 1942 (at sea) and has a cenotaph in Coulter Cemetery, Coulter, IA. He is memorialized at the Tablets of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery and Memorial, Taguig City, Philippines.

Petty Officer Hansen served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Juneau (CL-52) and was MIA/KIA in the Battle of Guadalcanal. He was awarded the Purple Heart.

Verner N. Hansen was born Mar. 19, 1921 to Carl M. and Magdalene Hansen. He died Aug. 18, 1942 and is buried in Coulter Cemetery, Coulter, IA.

Verner served in World War II with the U.S. Army.

Stanley Valentine Harlan was born Feb. 2, 1920 to Claude W. and Ivy L. Stelson Harlan. He died Jan. 26, 1945 and is buried in Henri-Chapelle American Cemetery and Memorial, Henri-Chapelle, Belgium. 

Pvt. Harlan served in World War II with the U.S. Army as a Medic with the 317th Infantry, 80th Infantry Division. He was KIA and awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart.

Herman James Harms was born Nov. 30, 1915 to Ike George and Grace Steenhard Harms. He died Dec. 25, 1944 and is buried in Luxembourg American Cemetery and Memorial, Hamm, Luxembourg. 

Pvt. Harms served in World War II with the U.S. Army 2nd Infantry Regiment, 5th Infantry Division. He was KIA and awarded the Purple Heart.

LaVerne Grover Harris was born Sept. 7, 1925 to Grover and Viola Brandt Harris. He died Jan. 14, 1985 and is buried in Saint Pauls Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery, Latimer, IA.

LaVerne served with the U.S. Army in World War II.

Charles Artley Harrison was born Feb. 2, 1922 to Dallas M. and Ruth Allen Artley Harrison. He died Dec. 12, 1944 and is memorialized at the Courts of the Missing, Court 3, Honolulu Memorial, Honolulu, Hawaii.

Ensign Harrison served in World War II with the U.S. Navy and was MIA/KIA in the Pacific area while in the service of his country.
