Bernard Paul Boecker was born Nov. 8, 1915 to Henry J. and Theresa J. Dettmer Boecker. He died May 29, 1944 and is buried in Ardennes American Cemetery, Neupre, Belgium.

Sgt. Boecker served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 513rd Bomber Squadron, 376th Bomber Group, Heavy and was MIA/FOD/KIA over Austria. He was awarded the Purple Heart and Air Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster.

Donald C. Bonar was born Mar. 21, 1914 to Clifton W. and Lena M. Boecker Bonar. He died Oct. 10, 1948 and is buried in Aspen Grove Cemetery, Burlington, IA. Pvt. Bonar served in World War II with the U.S. Army 36th Engineer Combat Battalion.

Paul Warren Bonewitz, Jr. was born Jan. 10, 1926 to Paul Warren (Sr.) and Bonnie Marie Davison Bonewitz. He died Mar. 24, 1945 and is buried in Aspen Grove Cemetery, Burlington, IA.

Pvt. Bonewitz served in World War II with the U.S. Army as a Platoon Runner with the 3rd Army, 5th Division, 11th Infantry and was KIA when gunned down by a German platoon near Trebur, Germany.

Stanley Wayne “Bud” Boyce was born Nov. 15, 1922 to Anthony Wayne and Georgia May Tonkinson Boyce. He died Apr. 18, 2004 and is buried in Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Fairfield, IA.

Stanley served in World War II with the U.S. Army 70th Infantry and 12th Armored Divisions.
