Eulogius John “Bud” Eilers was born Mar. 20, 1916 to Peter and Margaret Ruemmel Eilers. He died Mar. 10, 1992 and is buried in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Guttenberg, IA.

Bud served in World War II with the U.S. Army 8th Infantry Division, MP Detachment, POW Camp.

Dale Joseph Elvers was born Nov. 13, 1919 to Otto Henry and Marie Lena Dohrer Elvers. He died Aug. 6, 1986 and is buried in Oakland Cemetery, Waukon, IA.

Sgt. Elvers served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps.

Orvin V. Embretson was born Aug. 13, 1905 to Henry O. and Ingeborg Benson Embretson. He died Feb. 21, 1966 and is buried in Norway Lutheran Church Cemetery, Saint Olaf, IA.

Orvin served in World War II with the U.S. Army at Camp Chaffee, Arkansas.

Roland Millard Erickson was born July 27, 1924 to Peter and Olive Freeman Erickson. He died Jan. 7, 1945, was buried at sea, and is memorialized at the Walls of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines and at Postville Cemetery, Clayton County, IA.

Petty Officer Erickson served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS California (BB-44) and died of wounds received in action near Luzon Island, the Philippines. He was awarded the Purple Heart.

Donald Louis Eulberg was born Mar. 4, 1923 to Henry J. and Elsie M. Bittner Eulberg. He died Oct. 6, 1993.

Pvt. Eulberg served in World War II with the U.S. Army 168th Infantry, 34th Division, was MIA and became a German POW.

Jack served in World War II with the U.S. Navy in Oahu, Hawaii.

Richard Henry Eulberg was born about 1918 to Henry J. and Elsie M. Bittner Eulberg. He died Dec. 7, 1941 and is memorialized at the Courts of the Missing, Court 3, Honolulu Memorial, Honolulu, Hawaii.

Petty Officer Eulberg served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Arizona (BB-39) and was MIA/FOD/KIA in the attack on Pearl Harbor. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
