Pvt. Adams served with the U.S. Army 344th Engineers.

Robert James Aird was born Nov. 12, 1923 to William J. and Emma M. Fett Aird. He died Oct. 9, 1990 and is buried in Garden of Memories, Waterloo, IA.

Robert served in World War II with the U.S. Army.

Cyril Eldon Albeck was born Mar. 19, 1906 to Henry N. and Alice Allard Albeck. He died Nov. 19, 1965 and is buried in Frankville Cemetery, Frankville, IA.

Petty Officer Albeck served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Mataco (AT-86) and USS Biloxi (CL-80).

Myron Bernell Anderson was born Apr. 26, 1914 to Chris J. and Rosina Selina Mork Anderson. He died Dec. 16, 1944 and is buried in Marion Lutheran Cemetery, Gunder, IA.

Myron served in World War II with the U.S. Army Anti-tank Company, 424th Infantry 106th Division and was KIA at the Battle of the Bulge. He was awarded the Purple Heart.

Kenneth Watson Appleton was born May 1, 1923 to Roy Raymond and Blanche J. Smith Appleton. He died Oct. 18, 1945 and is buried in Edgewood Cemetery. Edgewood, IA.

1st Lt. Appleton served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps and died in an airplane accident while co-piloting a B-24 on a routine training flight near the Hondo Army Airfield.
