Lewis Clark Waddell was born Apr. 8, 1922 to William Clark and Eva Florence Ford Waddell. He died June 15, 1944 and is buried in Shoops Cemetery, Harrisburg, PA.

Lt. Waddell served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps and was killed in a mid-air collision during a training flight near Frederick, OK.

Melvin Benjamin Warthan was born Apr. 28, 1915 to James S. and Lillian M. Kinney Warthan. He died Aug. 29, 1944 and is buried Epinal American Cemetery and Memorial, Dinoze, France. 

Pvt. Warthan served in World War II with the U.S. Army as a Motor Cycle Messenger with the 48th Armored Infantry Battalion, 7th Armored Division. He was KIA and awarded the Purple Heart.
