Bill served in World War II with the U.S. Army Infantry.

Joe Max Vetter was born Dec. 30, 1919 to Joseph B. and Esther L. Burkhart Vetter. He died Nov. 29, 2005 and is buried in Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN.

Maj. Vetter served in World War II with the U.S. Army 2nd Infantry Division at Omaha Beach. He was awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart.

Dale Franklin Vetterick was born Nov. 14, 1923 to Frank Frederick and Mary Myrtle Johnson Vetterick. He died Dec. 11, 1956 and is buried in Fontanelle Cemetery, Fontanelle, IA.

Lt. Vetterick served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 505th Bomb Group and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and Air Medal with 3 Oak Leaf Clusters.

Melvin Lee Vetterick was born June 19, 1926 to Allan Frank and Truth Marie Stoner Vetterick. He died Sept. 6, 1991 and is buried in Fontanelle Cemetery, Fontanelle, IA.

Pvt. Vetterick served in World War II with the U.S. Army.
