Joseph Alonzo Ray was born Mar. 15, 1920 to Wesley and Edna Ethel Moody Ray. He died Jan. 15, 1948 and is buried in Union Cemetery, Pomeroy, IA. Pvt. 

Ray served in World War II with the U.S. Army 112th Infantry Regiment and was awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart.

Charles Leslie Richardson was born Oct. 5, 1924 to Charles L. and Effie Irene Littlejohn Richardson. He died Jan. 30, 1978 and is buried in Orange Township Cemetery, Guthrie County, IA.

Charles served in World War II with the U.S. Army Infantry.

James Ray Richardson was born June 2, 1926 to Charles L. and Effie Irene LittleJohn Richardson. He died Dec. 12, 1981 and is buried in Willow Cemetery, Greene County, IA.

James served with the U.S. Navy in World War II.

John Dale Richardson was born Aug. 31, 1921 to Clifford and Mildred Richardson. He died Dec. 3, 1944 and is memorialized at the Walls of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines and has a cenotaph in Cottonwood Cemetery, Lake City, IA.

Petty Officer Richardson served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Cooper (DD-695) and was MIA/KIA when that vessel was sunk near Leyte. He was awarded the Purple Heart.

Robert Allen Richardson was born Mar. 6, 1927 to Roy J. and Hazel M. Lotz Richardson. He died Apr. 11, 1993 and is buried in Lake City Cemetery, Lake City, IA.

Sgt. Maj. Richardson served with the U.S. Army in World War II, Korea and Vietnam.
