Warren H. Richter was born Mar. 4, 1921 to August F. and Elnora L. Harden Richter. He died May 4, 1945 and is buried in Elmwood Cemetery, Waterloo, IA.

MSgt. Richter served in World War II with the U.S. Army 3rd Co. Tank Training Detachment and died as the result of an automobile accident while in the service of his country at Fort Knox, KY.
