Harold Herman Webert was born Nov. 8, 1915 to Otto Henry and Freda Emma Tschopp Webert He died Dec. 28, 1942 and is buried Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines.and has a cenotaph in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Blairstown, IA.

Pvt. Webert served in World War II with the U.S. Army 126th Infantry Regiment, 32nd Infantry Division and was KIA in New Guinea and awarded the Purple Heart.

Harold Carl Wieditz was born Aug. 8, 1916 to Herman Kaspar and Emma Elizabeth Renderkuecht Wieditz. He died Jan. 10, 1944 and is buried in Sicily-Rome American Cemetery, Nettuno, Italy.

Sgt. Wieditz served in World War II with the U.S. Army 168th Infantry Regiment, 34th Infantry Division and died in the North African area while in the service of his country. He was awarded the Purple Heart.

Horatio Channing Williams was born Feb. 24, 1921 to Horatio Claude and Helen Belle Adams Williams. He died Nov. 8, 1945 and is buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, Belle Plaine, IA.

Horatio served in World War II with the U.S. Naval Air Corps.

Homer Dale Woodson was born Dec. 8, 1913 to Ira and Lucy Jane Alden Woodson. He died Jan. 26, 1944 and is buried in Parkers Grove Cemetery, Shellsburg, IA.

Sgt. Woodson served in World War II with the U.S. Army 168th Infantry and was KIA while serving his country.

Lloyd M. Worthen was born Jan. 26, 1924 to Charles Ezra and Winnie Belle Lunger Worthen. He died Jan. 10, 1945 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Vinton, IA.

Pvt. Worthen served in World War II with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and died from pneumonia while in the service of his country in Hawaii.
